Pricing and Payment Policies Prices are quoted in both United States Dollars(USD) and Trinidad and Tobago Dollars(TTD). This is because we are currently updating our system to facilitate payments in TTD and as such are unable to accept payments in TTD at this time. As soon as our update is completed, all prices would be quoted in TTD ONLY.
When customers are ready to make payments for their items, they would automatically be taken to our payment partner PAYPAL to facilitate safe and secure payments. If you do not currently have a PAYPAL account you can still make payments using your VISA or MASTERCARD on www.paypal.com or may apply for a new account FREE OF CHARGE at www.paypal.com.
Please note that payment transactions are conducted in USD. This does not change the cost of the item displayed on www.kulturedclothing.com. All prices remain the same and no extra charges would be applied.
Shipping Policy 1. All items are shipped within 1-2 business days AFTER order is placed.
2. Once order is placed, customers can expect to receive their items within 5-7 business days. 3. A standard shipping rate of TT$35 is applied to all orders under TT$500. Orders over TT$500 are qualified for FREE shipping.
Return Policy
1. Items MUST be in the original condition to be eligible for a return or exchange. i.e in original packaging with ALL tags in tact.
2. You may return an item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
3. You may exchange an item within 30 days of receipt for another item or store credit.
4. Sale items are only eligible for exchange of other sale items of equal value, or for store credit.
5. Shipping charges on the original order are not refundable. 6. Shipping charges to return an item(s) are the responsibility of the customer.
7. All returns require a Return Authorization Form (RAF).
Return Process
1. Contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Include the following information:
- First and last name
- Shipping address
- E-mail address
- Daytime telephone number
- Item(s) to return (include design name, size and quantity)
- Reason for return
- Requested resolution (refund, exchange, store credit)
2. Upon receipt, we will process your return and send you a RAF to the e-mail address associated to your account.
3. Print the Return Authorization Form and include it, along with the item(s) to the following address:

In order to purchase merchandise from us, you must submit certain personally identifiable information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.
KULTURED CLOTHING will keep this information strictly confidential however, we reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Web site.
Verification of Information
In order to process your Credit Card orders, we use a third party credit card authorization service to validate and verify your account information . All billing and account info is transmitted over HTTPS, a secure, encrypted protocol system.
